Hoffman Calls for Summit on High Property Taxes

LYONS - Wayne County Board of Supervisors Chairman James Hoffman said the county would call a “property tax summit” of elected officials on all government levels to address the state’s recent finding that Wayne County has the highest property tax rate in the country when taxes are compared to assessed value.
