WILLIAMSON - Peter J. DuBois entered into rest on July 17, 2008, in his 90th year. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II. A retiree from Garlock, Inc., in Palmyra, he was a member of the Williamson American Legion. He is survived by: his beloved and devoted wife of 64 years, Elizabeth (Mables) DuBois; loving and devoted children Randal (June) DuBois of Sodus, Nadine Sorahan of Arizona and James (Barbara) DuBois of Sodus, six special grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister Mary (Louise) DiSisio of Marion; James DuBois of Williamson; nieces and nephews.
At his request, calling hours were not observed. A celebration of his life was held at Williamson Reformed Church July 19 at 1:30 p.m. Private interment at Lake View Cemetery, Pultneyville. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed in his memory to the Williamson Volunteer Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 99, Williamson, NY 14589.
