OSWEGO – Helen M. Van Patten, 92, of Oswego died on July 18, 2007 at Seneca Hill Manor in Oswego.
Helen was born on Feb. 15, 1915, the daughter of the late Miles and Myrtia Osmond Conner. She had been a resident of Oswego for the past seven years and had also lived in Hannibal, Fulton and Red Creek areas.
She is survived by: three daughters, Shirley (Ken) Keil of Hannibal, Linda Lanning of Charlotte, N.C. and Dawn M. Bennett of Oswego; 20 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by: her husband, Charles Van Patten; son Robert Van Patten; daughter Mary Cloverdale and sister Hazel Howard.
Family and friends were invited to call on July 23 at Becker Funeral Home in Red Creek. Funeral services at the funeral home followed with burial in Springbrook Cemetery in Fair Haven.
